God wants us to love what we do and to love the people we do it with!
There is a story in the Bible about Jesus and His disciples that paints a beautiful picture of how I believe ministry leaders should relate to and depend on each other. Mark 4:36 says, “…they took Him (Jesus) along with them in the boat; and other boats were with Him.” This gives us a great image of what our ministries should look like! We are sailing together on the sea of ministry in the same direction, in close proximity to one another, and our job is to carry Jesus to the people that are awaiting His arrival in their lives.
